Service Hours Are Rewarding Experiences

As a demonstration of commitment to service to the school community, all Sts. Joan of Arc and Patrick School parents give their time and talents to the school during the school year, in the SHARE Hours Program.

Opportunities for service include participation in school activities, assistance in the classrooms, web development, cafeteria, office and playgrounds, and assistance with the many development and fundraising efforts.

Participation in the SHARE program is mandatory. Each family is required to log in 30 SHARE Hours per school year. SHARE Hours can be logged online using the Centre/SIS at https://sis.stsjp.org or can be logged using the SHARE Hours log form and turned in to either school office. The SHARE Hours log form may be obtained at either school office or may be downloaded as a PDF from this link ==> SHARE Hours Log Form

To use Centre/SIS to log your SHARE Hours, just log in to your parent account and select the Share Hours item from the left hand menu. Enter your SHARE Hour details on the last line with the symbol just as you would the paper form and click Save. Repeat for additional items. To delete an item click the symbol and confirm the delete. To change an already saved item, click on the info you want to change to make it editable, make your changes, and click Save. Your total SHARE Hours are displayed at the top of the page and will turn from red to green when your 30 hours are complete. All adults interacting with students are required to attend Safe Conduct Protocol Training provided by either parish or the diocese. Background checks may also be required. Please contact the school office for more details. (phone: 865-9960)
