Our April Virtue: Responsibility
Throughout the month of April, we are focusing on the virtue of Responsibility. Holy Week offers a special opportunity for us to talk, at home and and at school, about accepting the consequences of our actions.
SCHOOL CANCELLED FRIDAY, MARCH 24
Our school has been hit hard by illness this week. Today, Thursday, we had more than 19% of our students out sick, and 35% of our St. Patrick Campus students were out sick. After consulting with the Howard County Health Department, we have decided as a precaution against further spread of illness, there will be
NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY, MARCH 24.
We pray everyone has a safe and healthy spring break!
Our March Virtue - RESPONSIBILITY
Throughout March, we will focus on the virtue of Responsibility. We define this as accepting the consequences of our actions. Please use the family handout from your Friday Folder to begin a conversation at your home about Responsibility.
Mass at St. Patrick on Monday, March 13
All-school Mass will move to St. Patrick on Monday, March 13. Fr. Reginald Lynch, OP, who is St. Patrick's Lenten Mission Speaker, will give the homily. Middle School students will remain after Mass for a special presentation with Fr. Lynch. As always, parents are encouraged to join us for Mass!
